My resource room provides a time for students to receive small group academic support. Only three students can use Chromebooks at a time as we lack enough technology for everyone. Your support won't just place technology into their hands, it will provide a daily tool that builds skills needed for future college or job opportunities. There is joy in walking around the room assisting one student write an essay, another with answering questions that support the reading, or helping find credible references needed for research projects. My role is to enable them to complete their work independently, with confidence that they can succeed in all aspects of life. Please help me, help my students acquire skills needed for 21st century careers.
