The school nurse's office needs a recovery cot. Our school district has been hard hit by budget cuts and lack of funding. There is no money in our school's budget for any extras at this time. I am asking for a cot that will allow me to have a place for students to rest when needed. Keeping children safe is our first priority. Helping them rest while waiting to be picked up by parents, or just letting them taking a break before students can return to class is also very important, because they can only learn if they are physically healthy and mentally ready.
