These materials will give my kiddos options for seating with high quality and safe materials. My students will have options on how they would learn best - floor seats and seating with movement or sensory input. The power of student choice and the opportunity to learn with options other than desk and chair have many benefits related to focus and health. Every year I spend hundreds of dollars adding to my classroom to make it work for my students. 2 years ago I went full flexible seating and have been “making due” with what I could afford on my own. I purchased shelving to eliminate the need for storage inside desks and countless number of bins. I also purchased flexible seating at discount stores, but now need something more permanent and durable for my first graders to use while learning for years to come. Thank you for considering!
