We are requesting a dollhouse with accessories which will give my students the opportunity to learn and grow their social emotional skills through play in their natural environment. My students learn when playing with a dollhouse by using their imagination, role playing, and learning to work together with their peers. Literacy is a very important skill in all education, but we emphasize this in Early Childhood to help prepare our students for reading. Having the activity program in our classroom will help better prepare my students for Kindergarten. Having a dollhouse with accessories in our Block Area and the Phonemic Activity Program in our Literacy Area will help my students by giving them different opportunities to build their skills and prepare them as they continue on in their education.
