This would be a great addition to my classroom so that students have the option to stand and complete school activities if they choose to. Students are asked to sit all day long in every class and I know that options like this would help some of them focus and improving their thinking. Most of us do not like to sit all day long and I don't like that we ask our students to either. Our building currently does not have any flexible seating anywhere so this would be a small starting point that would hopefully start a larger movement! Giving students choice within their learning environments helps improve student focus and freedoms within the classroom.
