We are a full Title I school where many of our students aren't always able to get to a library to check out books to read at home. We have a great library full of books at our school, but we are still limited in variety and language. Most times these are the only books our students have access to. The Kindle e-readers will give students easier access to reading, letting them have access to public library (with more choices) and school library, whether their parents can get them there or not. These devices will provide students with the chance to read more at home and at school with a much wider variety than we can provide within our library walls.
