My students are learning to read and would love to have books that reflect their reading level and interests. They are curious about the world around them. They love funny stories and books about dinosaurs. They love to grab a book and look at the pictures. They love to read as partners and they love to just get lost in a funny well-illustrated book. They would love books about nature and how the world works. They would love books about exploring the world. They would love books to take home to share with their younger siblings. My little students love to curl up with a good book. They love sitting on the floor and reading alone or in pairs. I would love to give them a beautiful, safe space to do that. I would love to get them some new books and some word games to explore. They will be overjoyed.
