These books will be used every day during readers workshop. As a first year teacher, it was hard to get a library with multiple genres on multiple levels on multiple topics that my students will enjoy. I did my best to collects and get donations of books, but I still see my students not finding appropriate books in my library. Adding these book collections to our library will inspire my students to pick up one of our new books and dive in. It will help them to get excited about reading knowing they have access to a large variety of texts.

About my class
