Our classroom should be a place where the space feels open and inviting to the imagination. These open shelves and baskets will allow me to arrange our learning spaces and materials so that children have access to multiple activities and provide additional seating. I believe in the power of play in Kindergarten and am passionate about giving my students time and materials that will support play. Young children need to play as a way to to develop physical, social and emotional skills. These are truly the skills that will be lifelong. These shelves and storage itmes will help create a successful learning environment.
