The laptops and the iPad will benefit all of my small group students. Many of my fourth and fifth graders do not have technology at home, and must learn how to appropriately use technology during the school day. Laptops and an iPad will allow me to individualize instruction for my students’ different learning styles. In addition, this technology will allow students to practice their typing and writing essays on computers, which is now a requirement of the state of Massachusetts for standardized assessments. Laptops and an iPad will enhance my students’ learning in limitless ways, while creating engaging opportunities for all.
