Teachers rely on visual cues to check for student understanding and engagement. Because of COVID-19, my district has chosen to go 100% virtual through January 2021. A wide-screen computer monitor will allow me to see all of my students at a time during our online class meetings. It is also important that my students can see me while I'm teaching - especially because I teach a collaborative SPED class and students need to be able to see my facial expressions and mouth clearly. Propping my laptop up on a stand and attaching a ring light will illuminate my face and ensure that my camera is at face-level. Your donation will unlock a more equitable virtual learning environment for my students.
