Let's get kids excited about math! I love to introduce math concepts or skills by using read alouds. I am requesting a variety of math read alouds to engage students in math concepts. These math read alouds are a visual way to show math concepts and stories to get students excited about math! Math requires students have strong logical reasoning skills, which they can develop along side their reading skills. By combining reading and math together, it invites all students to immerse themselves with math in a new way. Students who have struggled with math before may enjoy the opportunity to experience math in the form of stories.
