These VR headsets will help bring to life the subject matter my students are learning in both science and social studies. As a teacher I focus on who my students are as individuals in order to best teach them in a way they can connect to. In past years I have used simulations to teach about the Industrial Revolution, trading games to learn about commerce during the Age of Exploration, and as many labs as possible for anything science related. These VR headsets will help me take that immersive experience and engagement to the next level. They will not only be able to learn about Leonardo Da Vinci's inventions, they will be able to dive into them using virtual reality. In science they will be able to experience cells at a cellular level in a way no microscope can do. I am excited to bring this technology to my students and hope you will help me do so.
