My school is a total free lunch and breakfast school due to poverty. Many of my students have a lot to overcome, many are not living with their parents. They get so excited when I introduce something new. I try to reach out and show them an encouraging video or something futuristic like flying cars before lessons begin, or about some kid making a difference in the world. Every beautiful flower, comes right out of the dirt, so it doesn't matter where you begin, its how you bloom. I love when students and teachers tell me how excited the students get when its their turn to go to the computer lab, even better than music or PE. Help me allow each child to hear and be inspired to do more, to go higher to be the best they can be.
