These headphones will be used by students who require that their quizzes and tests are read to them. This will allow the testing environment to be as distraction-free as possible. It will also allow students to work at their own differentiated pace, without the need for a proctor to read test questions out loud. I am also using video game-based learning opportunities in my classroom. In these programs, there are read-aloud scenarios and of course, game noises. They are distracting to other students. A classroom set of headphones will allow me to more effectively use these programs to enhance my students' learning.
