As their teacher, I strive to create a fun and safe environment that supports their individuality, that focuses on cooperative learning, that helps them develop autonomy and helps them prepare for their life and school career. My goal is to motivate each one of my learners and to let each of their personalities shine. I want to embrace their different learning abilities to ensure that each child in my classroom grows academically. Osmos are hands-on educational tools that connect learning to present actions through the use of tactile and technology learning. Osmos allow for the student to move according to their learning pace with the incorporation of what many present-day students enjoy which is fun and learning. Incorporating Osmos into our classroom will allow for me to ensure that my students have a full understanding of both content and skill. My students are all at different academic levels, but really enjoy working with technology. The Osmos are a great opportunity for my students to put into practice different math and literacy skills that will help them enjoy learning. Osmos also help me track student progress and it helps me provide differentiated instruction to continue to meet the needs of my students. These different applications will help them acquire skills needed for success. Through the use of different applications these Osmo activities help strengthen literacy and math skills.
