The materials shown in the list, watches, plyo boxes and medicine balls, will help my cross country and track athletes become faster, stronger, and more agile when it comes to racing against top competitors. Any little item makes a huge impact for our student-athletes reaching their full potential! They will learn how to grow as team players and strong competitors. We, as a team, share the idea of being one family and one unit. This will allow our athletes to feel a part of something larger than themselves and have them push each other to their limitless potential. The watches will allow my athletes to learn the essence of timing and keeping themselves accountable on times. They cannot afford to buy the watches that are needed for timing and mapping out miles. The medicine balls and plyo boxes will help develop the core strength of each athlete, allowing them to become better prepared for competition at the high school, as well as, the collegiate levels.
