There is a website called Phet that has so many amazing simulations related to the sciences. They are wonderful for giving students a strong understanding of some pretty tough concepts. The website allows students to see and manipulate 3-D models which is crucial, especially when talking about concepts that cannot be seen with the naked eye. So many students are visual and kinesthetic learners but supplying physical models to help these learners is extremely expensive. Being able to integrate technology in the classroom is a way to access the learning capabilities of these learners without having to buy physical materials for each concept being taught.
