Half of my students are working from home and the other half are in school. This make the creative learning difficult as I’m not sure what materials students at home are actually able to use. But, my long-term goal by the end of the year is the same for both sets of students; I want to provide them all the same fun high quality education and a ton of positive memories that will promote in them a desire of knowledge and love for learning. I believe that being exposed to different materials will help children manipulate changes to find the sum or difference and understand place value. It will also help students inquire about their discoveries in math in a more engaging and age-appropriate way.
