I am looking to "build" a new and more inviting technology lab that will allow for a more open environment to encourage collaboration and creative thinking with the variety of projects we do at LRS. Along with another grant I am applying for, getting the different flexible seating will help me create an exciting space for my students. Students will be able to move around the room to comfortable seating, such as bean bag chairs or to the low table with cushions. My vision is that this will encourage them to work together to program Scratch activities, robotic Spheros, write and produce movies, among many other things. This will be a new and more creative space for them.
