Flexible seating provides choices for scholars to feel empowered in their learning environment. This year, our class will be moving to our Upper School. Coming from Primary, I know scholars will be nervous and anxious about what Upper has to offer. I want to create a warm, welcoming environment for scholars to feel at ease during such a huge transition. Additionally, children need to move. I am an adult and can't sit still for too long so, it is unfair for me to expect my scholars to do so. Flexible seating allows scholars to wobble, rock,bounce, lean or stand. This in turn increases oxygen flow to the brain. The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional seating options to make more effective learning choices.
