These materials will make a difference by encouraging students to read in style and comfort. I would like to create a relaxing and inviting reading center so that the literacy skills can improve while listening to stories and sitting in a chair to recognize sight words, word families, and identify letters and sounds to read fluently. Also, the materials will help support the theme and curriculum focus because the reading and listening stories will change according to the themes. If theses items are gifted to my Kindergarten classroom, I would forever be humble and grateful as a teacher knowing that there was my "pat on the back" to push my scholars further on the path of excellence.
