These books will give me a way to relate to students in a new way-through a new Mustang Page Monsters Book Club! As the teacher librarian, it's my vision that all students will learn to love reading. I believe that inspiring students to be part of a book club will help them grow to be lifelong readers. Even better, with enough copies of each book, I can create whole-class reading club experiences. Providing an additional reading opportunity for all students is so important for developing a deeper love of reading- especially when students can unite in a common novel and learn to love reading together! The books chosen for this project were picked with my students in mind, appealing to different student interests and preferences. Our school is focused on what is best for all students, and they deserve the best from the library, too. I'm so excited to implement the Mustang Page Monsters Book Club and begin this new adventure with our students!
