By having multiple copies of these great reads, my students can have their own books to hold and get involved with during literature circles. Students can easily look back through the story, follow along while reading together, and learn to love classic stories. Students can also take the books home and read with their families. Reading with family members is a great time for bonding and having parents involved with their children's academics. I love getting my students involved during literature circles to ensure that they truly understand the characters and surroundings in the books. Often times student can relate to the situations that are faced in books. Students can use their books to complete fun writings, projects, crafts, and just enjoy a great read!
