I want to create a class library for my Web Page Design computer courses with books that weave technology into the story. Then, for a project, students will design a book review website shared with classmates. Each time they read a new book, they will add the new information to the website. Even though this is a computer course, I want to encourage my students to take a break from technology and read a book. Reading helps stimulate your brain and increases vocabulary knowledge. My courses incorporate a great amount of creativity and I believe that reading books can inspire young minds to make connections to what we are learning in the classroom, and improve thinking skills.
