The things I requested in this project are both for classroom supplies and rewards for my students, I have several reward systems in place to help with classroom management and to reward learning. They all have individual "Punch cards," and have an opportunity to earn up to four punches each day (I use a hole punch). When the card of 20 is complete they turn it in for a reward. I also am doing a "Mystery Student" which is having one secret student I watch throughout the day for positive behavior. At the end of the day, if the student did well I reveal who it was and they earn a reward. If the student did not do good it is not revealed and they have an opportunity to try on another day. Some of these supplies will go towards that. I have also requested some items for seating, I have some students that need to move in order to best learn. Cushion seats and kick bands will help this happen. I have also asked for some things that are regularly used, such as glue, markers, and dry erase boards. I am a first year teacher and setting up a classroom takes time and money. I am willing to put in the time, but getting the supplies can be hard on a personal wallet. I will put these supplies to good use. Thank you for your help and donation!
