This text will help students gain an important insight to background knowledge they will need to be successful in AP World History for the 2020-2021 school year. The book provides a novel way to look at world history in a non-traditional format which is written in a conversational language that is easily understood by incoming sophomore students of varying abilities. These students have little to no background knowledge in world history and our course starts at 1200 AD which creates a lack of understanding as to how human civilization got to the point where we begin our study. These books will solve that issue.
