The ability to play-back lectures from class will allow students to review material at their own pace. Additionally students who miss class will be able to replay what they missed easily. This item will also be used as I seek Board Certification and additional professional development opportunities to improve my instructional delivery and design. Ability to receive coaching and mentoring will also be able to be made possible with more flexibility if mentors don't have to be in the classroom at the time of the lesson or lecture. This will become an invaluable tool as I work to improve distance learning for my students.
