They will learn how to use different muscle groups and energy to control the workout. Show how balance and abs help control our skeleton, and we need to make sure we have strong muscles. So with the yoga balls, we can use them in several ways to tighten our abs, bosa ball balance on legs, help with sit-ups, and use them for other forms of balance. With these two pieces of equipment, it will help my students not only with fitness but life, balancing things, and staying composed. I will challenge them by holding weights.
