Our school is an Integrated School of the Arts which means every subject area includes art activities into their everyday lessons. Each student has an iPad, and we work very hard as a staff to move our students from being consumers of technology to creators. The Green Screen Kit will allow our students to enrich their projects for classroom assignments and go beyond the basic PowerPoint to demonstrate their learning. For example, our Literacy classes would use it for digital storytelling and Podcasts. Our drama classes would use it for creating background scenes for their monologues. We have drama classes at our school as well, and many students need filming materials to practice their acting skills and demonstrate their learning with creative backgrounds and lighting.
