Each individual has different needs. Some students struggle to sit still throughout the day, others are very fidgety and moving around constantly. The option of having seating options to meet their needs would allow them to be more actively engaged in the lesson as well as working on their core muscles. Our students deserve to have comfortable classrooms where they can focus on learning while still being able to have their active needs met. Flexible seating increases time on task and enhances student attention and enjoyment at school. Many students have focus or attention problems that can be resolved by having different seating options. I am requesting two wobble chairs and 33 balance balls for our students to have the opportunity to select the seat that will provide them with the highest level of comfort and set them up for success. Please consider donating so that our students may have the seating choices they need so that their engagement increases and learning will grow!
