Sewing is not just for your grandma's! My students at the sewing machines learning to create, mend, and rebuild! The skills they are learning will be applicable to so many future endeavors! Currently, the students have to haul their machines out of a set of cabinets, carry them to their stations, and set the machines up each day. While it is important for my students to know how to set their machines up correctly, this daily struggle takes up more of our hour than the sewing does. I am asking for a few rolling carts that will allow for a better storage system for all the machines! The carts fit perfectly under the sewing stations and have room for their machines and sewing supplies! Not only will this help keep the classroom organized, but it will also allow the students to have more sewing time! Their machines will be at their stations, hidden from students who should not be touching them, and ready to go when they come to sew! Having these carts would make my sewing classes so much easier! I have three sewing classes every day, so these carts would be beneficial for my classroom! The extra room in the cabinets where the sewing machines are currently stored would allow me to stay organized! These carts would be an amazing addition to my classroom!
