Most kids are active learners, and sitting all day in their chairs is challenging. These stools will be used as a reward. Asking the students to stay focus, for example, during math will give them the opportunity to earn the stool for reading. Instead of leaning back in their regular chairs, the stools will provide a safe alternative seat that will allow them to sit and wiggle while staying focused on their work. Being able to pass the stools to the next set of students who have earned the privilege of using them will be just the incentive we need to work hard and stay focused!
