The material I chose for my project are tools that will help plant seeds of reading across different forums. When one knows how to read across the curriculum, a refined way of thinking is inevitable. Most of my students are from very-low income families. It strongly appears that some of these families struggle with providing their child with basic needs. With that being said, having access to bright and colorful reading and mathematic material will definitely become a springboard into planting seeds of knowledge, which will produce successful and talented readers. When this happens, their quality of life can be changed for the better!!
