Communication apps will be at my fingertips! In the past, families and school districts would need to purchase a stand-alone communication device that may or may not fit the needs of the student or family. Now, with the use of an iPad, we have access to so many communication apps and resources to best support students' needs. In addition, an iPad can provide a visual aid that will save planning time and printing multiple pages for each student. Research has shown children learn best using a multi sensory model, an iPad can provide visual support in a fun and motivating way.
