We will use these items to initiate the basic movements needed to be safe and effective in our weight room program. Fitness bands will be used to strengthen the muscles, tendons, etc., medicine balls will be used to initiate the weight load for necessary movements when working in the weight room. The powerbands will begin to strengthen our upper body movements that will lead to a safer transition to our custom free weight lifting program. Our goal is to create a positive attitude and confidence to establish the health and well - being of all that enter our program.

About my class
