By allowing my students to learn through hands-on play, they will develop a sense of curiosity and the desire to explore their world through hands-on learning. These STEM toys will give my students a chance to experiment with gears, create pathways, build villages, and discover new ways to look at the world around them. In a world driven by electronic play, allowing students to use their hands and brains to think of their own solutions to problems is crucial in their development. My students are creative engineers, and I want to give them the tools that will allow them to continue to grow and develop into inquisitive young men. These tools will be used daily during our choice times and/or stations. My students look forward every day to when they are able to create, build and problem solve with toys.
