Every year, our county competes in a competition called "Battle of the Books". We are not able to buy new books that were added to the list, and we really want our students to be prepared. Our rising fourth and fifth graders will read these books, and compete to answer questions with other elementary school students. At the end of the school year, we have a chance to represent our county in the county-wide competition. We want to make sure our students have these books to read and understand before the summer comes. Being prepared is one of our main goals.

About my class
