It can be hard to sit still all day and focus on learning! Optional seating such as wobble chairs and yoga balls will make the students more comfortable as well as give them movement that will not distract from the learning of those around them. Our class would benefit from more options for indoor and outdoor play. The additional play equipment will encourage teamwork and help with coordination a well as keep them active. Students who have had quality activity outside will be more focused on learning when back in the classroom. Playing kickball in the spring will be wonderful on those really nice weather days!
