As of now, my class of second graders shares a classroom set of headphones with two other second grade classes and two first grade classes. Due to this wide use of one classroom set, our headphones are uncomfortable or are often broken. This discourages my students to get on programs such as Zearn or iReady. These programs help proved extra supports for my students by building on the knowledge they already have. Having adequate headphones would help keep my students encouraged to work on these programs that help further their knowledge in subjects such as math and reading. My students have already grown so much from working on these programs, it would be great to see even more growth to better ready them for third grade. These programs help keep learning fun and engaging. By providing k11 headphones for my students, they can focus longer and work harder on these supportive programs.
