I have a large number of students who speak English as a second language. Often times, my ESL students understand what we are learning, but they have difficulty expressing what they've learned verbally or in writing. This software will help them engage in the content we are learning in a fun and meaningful way. ESL students have to work twice as hard because they are still learning the same material that other students are but are also learning a new language at the same time! Learning software like Brain Pop helps them stay involved with the concepts we are learning in class without falling behind because their struggles in reading or writing.
