The catcher's gear and bats I am looking to get will help my girls be better players and reflect their great attitudes I have seen when they compete. Having new bats and catcher's equipment will help their confidence and help them become better citizens in not just school, but in life. The equipment will boost their confidence and protect them during games and practice. The girls at this school have not had a lot of confidence in the past and I am trying to change the culture of the program. I have had more and more girls showing up every day when they learn playing sports is also what we are trying to learn in life. In the inner city it is hard to get players, but it seems to working. Seeing great equipment helps bring out players. Thank you.
