The children that I am working with are diagnosed with Autism and have a hard time with social skills and coping. They have a lot of sensory difficulties and change in their routines can be hard. Having materials that are available to them and help work through their difficult times. These materials will be helpful to my class to give them an opportunity to learn and explore their different learning styles. I am a new teacher and am looking to have many opportunities for my children in the classroom who are diagnosed with Autism and have a hard time with coping strategies.
