Every week my school does a 30 minute class for students to enjoy a little time off from required curriculum. Students are allowed to choose classes that play games, learn non-curriculum lessons, do creative projects, and other fun things. We as a school created this class called "Tiger Time" to help students relax their brains and help them be more creative and use their imaginations. A LEGO building class would allow students to be creative in other ways other than writing and drawing! It will help students relax and relieve stress by keeping kids off technology to build thinking skills!
