Learning about animals seems to be the one topic that always sparks interest and delight in our students. Visiting a zoo offers so many incredible learning opportunities for children. Not only will a trip to the zoo be a fun day of exploring, it will give the students a chance to use all of their senses to take in their surroundings and expand their understanding about animals and their environment. They will learn the way an animal smells, the sounds he makes, the way he feels and what he looks like. Zoos offer a true multi-sensory approach to learning! This trip will enrich learning for our students and bring to life all the things they have learned to become animal experts!
