I need some basic supplies to get make my classroom into the learning environment I'd like it to be. The rug will cover a cord running across the floor and add an element of homeyness. The phone caddy will keep students free from their devices during class time. I'm also asking for colorful paper, craft sticks, and dividers so I can make things more fun and engaging. I've just moved into my classroom, and I want it to look and feel like a place where students can feel comfortable and curious. Sometimes it's the little things. As simple as it is, having handouts on colored paper keeps students much more organized and engaged, especially for newcomers. Imagine a binder full of white papers in a foreign language! Dividers and colored handouts help a lot.
