These books will be used to supplement our curriculum during guided reading rotations during our literacy block. Since I have students who are on different levels, these leveled fiction and nonfiction will be a great resource to help bring the lower students up while challenging the higher readers to continue growing. Reading is an important life learning skill that will not only carry the students through school, but on to careers that will influence all of our futures. By using this resource the students will become proficient readers and build vocabulary with fluency. All of these skills will build comprehension using these guided readers.
