I have a room full of second graders with loads of energy. It is very hard to contain our lively natures for hours on end. By putting these bouncing band on the legs of their desk, they will have a way to get the wiggles out. They will have a way to move without disrupting their fellow classmates. Instead of focusing on our movement we could focus on our math, so we can become an accountant. We can focus on writing, so we can have our book on the best sellers list. We can focus on our studies so we can become the next president, astronaut, or the scientist that cures it all. It’s a small change in our room that will have a big impact on a 7 and 8 year olds child’s life. For this reason we would love to have them in our classroom.
