The materials that have been requested for flexible seating already have a place to go in my classroom. I have a U-shape table currently that does not have any seating around. The bouncing chairs will help support my students learning by engaging them in a comfortable seat while working independently or during group work. The seat cushions will help support my students who have sensory difficulty during instruction time. This will make their classroom standard chair more comfortable but also meeting their sensory needs. I have seen that when my students have a choice of where they get to seat during independent work, the learning and engagement increases.
