All of our music students are actively participating in many different ways. By using a music sound system, we can connect our students with listening and performing skills through the class lesson. This increases their self-esteem and performance in front of others. It also makes their performance stronger by hearing the other parts of the song being performed. This builds teamwork skills when performing and playing or singing in a large ensemble. This will enhance classroom environment as well as being on stage performing for an audience. The students have many opportunities to listen to recordings, perform along with background music tracks, and use apps that aid in increasing counting and rhythm abilities. The stereo has Bluetooth capability and also can be plugged into other devices. The students can pick out what they also hear besides their own instrument or vocal part. The students can also perform in a variety of tempos by counting and singing or playing rhythms appropriately. It gives them a chance to work alone or with others in a group setting.
